How much money do I need to move into a home today?

With our Rent To Own program, you are required to pay the first month’s rental payment plus a deposit on the home. Most applicants will be required to pay a $5000 deposit, which is applied toward the purchase price. Applicants with better credit will pay less. Applicants with worse credit may pay more. We may be able to divide up the deposit into several payments.

Do I need to qualify to buy a home?

Yes, but qualifying is much different than with a traditional purchase. We are not as concerned with your past credit as your future credit. Traditional mortgages use your credit score to estimate your likelihood of default. We use the size of your deposit. Typical interest rates range from 7.5% to 10.5% depending on your down payment and application.
